I began my training with The School of Psychotherapy at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. I hold a Higher Diploma in Psychotherapy Studies and a Master of Science in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Studies (UCD). I continue my ongoing clinical and theoretical formation with The Freud Lacan Institute (FLi).
I am a pre-accredited member of both The Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI), and The Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP).
My clinical orientation is grounded in the Freudian and Lacanian tradition. This means I work with the unconscious—listening carefully to what is said, and what is not said—to help you find meaning in your experience.
This work invites you to reflect, speak, and make meaning in a new way.
I work with adults on a one-to-one basis in a confidential setting. People come to this work for many reasons: anxiety, low mood, loss, trauma, relationship issues, or a general sense of being stuck or out of sync with themselves.
